Custom-built home has unique built-in features at every turn. This house was built by Limey Kay, now a La Honda legend. He was a genius with brick and stone and built most of the chimneys and barbecues in town, easily identified by the trademark abalone shell embedded somewhere in the project. This is a classic La Honda house, and although now secure on a new foundation, does not have a flat floor or square corner anywhere! Definitely a house full of character. ![]() The house is set on a sunny sloping lot. This view is from the front sidewalk. The front door is on the left. ![]() The house has amazing brick work, inside and out. ![]() Off street parking is provided by this new parking lot, which offers easy access to the front door. ![]() Here is the back of the house. Although on a slope, it is terraced and offers excellent garden space. The basement is not accessible as it is being remodeled. ![]() Living room is 14 x 15 and includes a wood stove.
